Effectively Hawkswick Cote Farm is a cottage in which we serve breakfast.
The cottage
provides
double room accommodation with its own
private lounge and entrance.
Situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park in the beautiful valley of Littondale.
This is one of the prettiest and most unspoilt dales in the National Park. We are five miles
from Grassington which is a bustling dales village and twelve miles from the busy market
town
of Skipton. Grassington has some great places to eat as have many of the surrounding villages..

Hawkswick Cote Accommodation
Our accommodation consists of a spacious double room with en-suite bathroom together with
a
private adjoining lounge with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Guests have their own
separate
entrance and are at liberty to come and go as they please. There is an open fire
and central
heating
so you can be cosy at any time of year. Up to two children can be
accommodated on put-up beds.
Private Lounge
Breakfast will be served in your own lounge at a time to suit you. This can be a full english
breakfast with eggs laid by our own hens that very morning, or something less substantial.
Littondale, from the road to Arncliffe
We are in an ideal situation for those who like outdoor activities. You can set off walking
and immediately enjoy some of the finest scenery in the country. This could be a
leisurely riverside stroll or an energetic fell walk. All are available from your back door.
This is also an ideal location for those enthusiastic about Mountain Biking either for
beginners or experts; there are fantastic routes starting from Hawkswick Cote.
Guided cycling routes and mountain bike hire can be arranged for anyone interested.
Further a field are the beautiful spa towns of Ilkley and Harrogate and the Roman city of York,
all are easily accessible within the day and worth a trip if you are rained off.
