Badgers Sett is a comfortable 3 bed detached house on a quiet
estate situated 5 minutes from St Bees beach and start of the
Wainwright Coast to Coast walk.

There is parking for one car on the drive and two others on the road outside.

Badgers Sett Bedrooms

Sleeps up to a maximum of 5 persons with 1 king size,
1 double size and 1 single sized beds.

Main bathroom with bath and shower upstairs, separate downstairs
cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin.

From the front bedroom windows you can see the Irish Sea
and if weather permits the Isle of Man.

Badgers Sett Kitchen

Kitchen includes an electric oven and hob together with integrated
dishwasher and fridge, toaster, microwave etc.

Separate attached utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer
and additional upright fridge and freezer

Badgers Sett Garden

Large 70 foot by 30 foot rear landscaped garden ideal for sitting
out with a relaxing glass of wine or al fresco dining.

Through lounge / dining room with TV, DVD and Sky. Two large settees
in rear lounge, dining table seating up to six in front room. Radio/cassette/Cd
player in front room together with a selection of CD’s/DVD’s.
