LAKELAND VOICE - Web-Link
We are a group of singers who love hill walking - and combine the two with concerts in places like the Old Dungeon Ghyll hotel, St Olaf's at Wast Water, St. James in Buttermere, Stonethwaite in Borrowdale and Lancrigg in Easedale in the Lakes - while walking and camping in the mountains in between.
We are always looking for new members who enjoy singing - All songs are taught by ear - so no need to worry if you can't read music. And a CD of the parts can be sent in advance along with written music to help you learn the harmonies.

This West Lancashire Group's site clearly keeps its members up to date with what's going on, even to the extent of being able to see if there's any seats available on a coach - excellent idea. Speaking of coach trips - how many of us have left behind something on the coach? Skem Ramblers even have a page for lost property - another good idea!
