'My Scottish Landscapes'
Lesley Jameson

'My Scottish Landscapes' were taken during a weeks self-catering holiday in a chalet, situated on the banks of the lovely Loch Leven, a few miles south of Fort William in the Western Highlands of Scotland. The holiday was taken during early September and the weather was, well, ... typical of Scotland.

We spent our time touring around the highlands and islands, just taking in the pleasures and sheer beauty of the Scottish landscape. During our stay, we were intending an ascent of Ben Nevis but with so many other interesting and beautiful places to go, we never found the right opportunity for the climb. It will have to be done another day, a good excuse for a return trip - as if one was needed.
