The Grade 1 Listed farmhouse has lots of old fashioned charm and many original features. We have 5 double/twin en-suite rooms with spectacular views across Derwentwater and an original oak-beamed lounge in which to relax. We serve a traditional hearty farmhouse breakfast using our own or locally sourced fresh produce. We are located at the southern end of Derwentwater, close to the market town of Keswick, in the beautiful Borrowdale Valley.
