The Old Town Hall was originally used for dances, wedding receptions and social gatherings. It was opened as a luxury B&B and Tea Room in 2005. It has recently been upgraded with the addition of a guests lounge and a luxury bedroom with a double size jacuzzi bath and separate body jet shower. All rooms have fridges, quality flat screen TV's and DVD players as well as hairdryers and complimentary Champney's Spa products, small bottles of red and white wine and hot beverages.
All our food is prepared using the best quality ingredients, sourced locally where possible for our leisurely breakfasts and home cooked evening meals.

The Apothecary's House is an attractive three-storey Georgian House in the village of Askrigg at the centre of Wensleydale in the Yorkshire Dales.
The house is centrally located in the village, just below Skeldale House, the surgery of the vet, James Herriot, in the well-known TV series "All Creatures Great and Small".
All of our bedrooms have en-suite facilities, colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, clock radios, shaver points and hair dryers. An iron, ironing board, trouser press and broadband connection are also available on request. Guests have the use of a large TV lounge on the ground floor with log fires in the winter. We have ample private parking and a lock-up garage for the use of cyclist
